Refund & Exchange Policy

At DeBacker’s, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, our simple and hassle-free return and exchange process is here to help!

Exchanges & Returns:

  • You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Make sure to have your order or receipt number handy for quick and easy processing.

Exchange Policy:

  • For exchanges, a shipping fee will apply, which the customer is responsible for.

Return Process:

  • Once your return is received, our quality team will inspect the product within 3-5 days.
  • Depending on the inspection:
    • If the product is in good condition and the issue was due to misuse or the Hang Tag isn't attached , we’ll return the item to you.
    • If there’s a material or manufacturing defect, you’ll receive a full refund via Bank Swift or Vodafone Cash.

Easy Returns & Full Refunds:

  • No return fees apply for defective products.
  • Return your item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

  • Our friendly customer service team is ready to help! Reach us by phone or email with your return or exchange details. Our team will get back to you with a form to fill with the needed information.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Accessories & Tuxedos are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused and with tags intact (including the Hang Tag) to qualify for return or exchange.

Refund Process:

  • Once we approve your request, we’ll process your refund within 10  working days.
  •  For partial returns, we’ll refund only the returned items.
