Exchanges & Returns:
- You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Make sure to have your order or receipt number handy for quick and easy processing.
Exchange Policy:
- For exchanges, a shipping fee will apply, which the customer is responsible for.
Return Process:
- Once your return is received, our quality team will inspect the product within 3-5 days.
- Depending on the inspection:
- If the product is in good condition and the issue was due to misuse or the Hang Tag isn't attached , we’ll return the item to you.
- If there’s a material or manufacturing defect, you’ll receive a full refund via Bank Swift or Vodafone Cash.
Easy Returns & Full Refunds:
- No return fees apply for defective products.
- Return your item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

Important Notes:
