Yes, we deliver across Egypt. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your area; the exact estimate for your region shows at checkout.
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, unused with tags (including hang tag) attached. Returns are online-only, not through branches. Refunds for defective items are full, processed within 10 working days via Bank Swift or Vodafone Cash. Accessories and tuxedos are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges carry a shipping fee paid by the customer. Returns for defective products are free. Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility.
